I realize this topic has been up for a long time and this input is probably unnecessay.

For what its worth however, i suggest new players go to the median weapon. So what that youre having a crappy round and a new player comes in with an equal or better weapon? Neither of you are probably going to win, so just focus on having fun for the rest of that map. Use different tactics, work on your knife skills, etc. It'll be over before long and you can redeem yourself the next map.

This also keeps it interesting for people that just joined, giving them at least a chance for a win.
As mentioned previously, it also prevents getting awp'd when you're on glock.

Everyone i see regularly on your server has been plaing for years, and most are very, very good.
I would hope that each of those players would welcome any new challenge and want all players to enjoy themselves.

I changed it to avg level -2, so let me know how it works out.
