Steam Updates for CSS

They did it again all the Mods are mess up. Only the servers that you buy guns work on CSS and servers that didn't updated aren't listed.

I don't have time right now, but I will try and get everything working by tonight, maybe around 7pm PST.

Server is up, but will need trouble shooting tomorrow when empty.

Gun game stopped working again. I may have to rebuild the server tomorrow.
