We do have a plugin that chooses the next map via number of players on the map.
I'm not a big fan of Rock the Vote, we always spend to much time making a vote instead of playing.
Getting rid of bad maps is the best thing I think.

Definately need to take out gg_fy_battlefield. This map empties the server when it comes up. It's not a terrible map but everyone leaves.
