Server ideas

Couple of things that I've heard asked or have come up with that might help us get more people.
New maps, or if not new maps, a map vote option so we can choose from the large list we have. New maps would be good too if possible.
Someone to take over Toledo's position to do things in addition to Grandma (not suggesting me, but someone to do server side things).
