I know this is late, but I would go Intel. If you don't go intel, then I would think an AMD graphics card would go better with an AMD setup.

RAM is cheap so get more. I would think about upgrading the power supply and look at a different brand.

Only on Shotty? I'll look into it. It's probably just the first shotty after a server re-start so not sure if I can do anything, but it's strange, because this just started.
