unban steam ID 0:0:2391360?

Hey everyone. Thanks for the forum and the servers. One my steam accounts that I let my nephew use got banned several months back. He claims he does not remember what he did (but most likely he deserved it) but it should be safe to unban now. The steam ID is 0:0:2391360 (steam username "trailblur"). Thanks again!

Just following-up on this post checked this again and still banned. Would like to get this ID on the server tomorrow if possible.
Can this one be unbanned?
