If you get new pipes, you should get a power commander or something similar to map the new exhaust. Might also want to get the PC Autotune.

In California, we can only get slipons, no full exhaust. Not sure it would be worth the 5% increase in HP or whatever it will gain me.

I had some drama with my Cross Country. It wasn't allowed to be sold in CA, so they had to take it back. They ended up giving me a new 2012 Victory Vision for the same price. I also got $250 in accessories and $250 in apparel.
