Missing maps

I am having trouble joining the server because of missing maps. Is this a problem with me only or is there something Admins need to address?
Map in question is gg_em_hide_n_seek.bsp. Server has been dead all day. Looks like everyone is on the obc server

extract to your CS:S map folder. C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\Your User Name\counter-strike source\cstrike\maps
